KITCHENS

Community kitchen

Our community kitchen is a fully equipped, spacious cooking haven — one of the many places where the magic happens at Merveille. When we say ‘fully equipped,’ we mean it: three ovens, a five-burner stove, a large fridge, two freezers, a cabinet for fruits, another just for eggs, shelves brimming with honey and homemade granola, a yogurt maker, a vast selection of spices, two juicers, and every kitchen tool you could need.

This is where we freeze, stir, marinate, pickle, bake, cook, roast, dry, simmer, and BBQ our meals. Every Saturday, we handpick our organic ingredients at the local market, with the rest ordered online. There’s always an abundance of food here at Merveille, so you’ll never go hungry. For those wondering if Lia had a past life as a chef — the answer is “yes!”

Summer kitchen

After our community kitchen, we have the Summer kitchen — open as soon as the first warm rays fill our space. This is the perfect spot to gather, relax, and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner together, whenever the moment feels right.

Whether we’re reheating a meal or cooking up a quick egg or two, the Summer kitchen is where we come together.
